We, husband and I, picked up a shelf we ordered and the staff werebextremely rude when my husband asked where to pick up the package. Once we got to the loading dock he noticed the package was way bigger than what we were told at the point of sale, then he noticed the package was extremely damaged and taped up. When he pointed it out to the staff in the loading dock area, he asked for another shelf the load dock guy said there is not one and that we still have to take it.
Tonight, I opened the damaged box, and began putting the shelf together. There is a very visible dent in the metal structure of the shelf, and one of the main wood shelf pieces is cracked and coming apart at the seams, where it was very poorly glued together. Pretty much what I feared would be the case when I saw the box.
